Offer Rules
- Valid in our shop at 147 Allison St, Govanhill, Glasgow G42 8RY, from 23 November 2026 to 30 November 2026, while places last.
- One discount per customer per visit. Offers cannot be combined. The highest level you qualify for applies.
- Show your code, and any proof asked for (for example your Google review), to our staff before you pay. Discounts cannot be added after payment.
- BF Mega is limited to the first 50 qualifying customers and closes when all places are taken.
- Each discount applies only to what is listed under its service above. It does not apply to money sent or exchanged, currency rates, airline fares, taxes, customs duties or third-party charges.
- Standard ID and compliance checks still apply to money transfer, currency exchange and travel bookings.
- Not transferable and no cash alternative. Fonevalley may change or withdraw the offer, and may refuse a discount if the rules have not been followed.

How do I claim my Black Friday discount?
Pick your service and discount level on this page, tap Claim on WhatsApp, then visit the shop and show your code and any proof before you pay. Discounts cannot be added after payment.
What are the 5%, 15% and 30% discount levels?
5% is for every customer with a code. 15% needs a Google review and a minimum spend. 30% is for customers who use two or more services in one visit with a higher minimum spend, and is limited to the first 50 customers.
Can I combine discounts or use more than one code?
No. You can use one discount per customer per visit. The highest level you qualify for applies and offers cannot be combined.
Does the discount apply to the money I send or exchange?
No. For money transfer and currency exchange, the discount applies to our fee or service charge only, not the amount you send or exchange, and not currency rates or third-party charges.
Does the discount apply to airline fares?
No. For air ticketing the discount applies to our booking or service fee. Airline fares, taxes and third-party costs are not discounted.
Is the Black Friday offer available online?
The offer is for customers visiting our shop at 147 Allison St, Govanhill. You can claim your code on WhatsApp first, then visit the shop to use it.
